8 ingredient almond butter cookie bars

total; 30 minutes
1 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chunks (I always use Enjoy Life)
1/4 cup almond milk (or any other dairy free milk of choice, but I've only tried almond)
for the bars
1. Preheat the oven to 350 and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine coconut sugar, almond butter, and coconut oil in a medium sized bowl.
3. Add both flours, salt, milk, and chocolate chunks.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan. It will be thick so smooth it out best you can.
5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
